Shipping policy

We utilize USPS to deliver packages within the US and aboard. Once your payment is verified and processed, it can take 3-5 business days for your order to ship, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery for your ENTIRE order. Email us at info@ashnatural.shop if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.

ASH.natural IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.

In the event that an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or not deliverable, order can be reshipped at a reshipment fee. If refund is wanted, then order total minus the shipment fee will be refunded back to the customer.

Pertaining to BODY BUTTERS SHIPPED IN SUMMERTIME: Melting is normal as this is an all natural product that does not contain any preservatives or chemicals, and high heat temperatures can be well above ingredients’ melting point during transit.

Melting may cause your body butter to reduce in as much as half the original size (receiving an half empty jar). You were not shipped an half empty jar. Every single jar is filled to the brim before capping and sealing. Our body butters are whipped, which results in a fluffy and airy-like texture. When they melt, this texture is lost and the volume of the butter deflates.

If your Body Butter arrives in the mail melted, just pop it in the fridge or store in a cool dry place for solidification to occur.

Unfortunately, refrigerating or placing in a cool place to solidify after melting will not make your body butter the full amount again. It will not revert back to fluffy whipped texture; it will remain deflated. It will only fill up to whatever level it was at when melted.

If you order a body butter in the summertime, you are stating that you are okay with this possibility occurring.
